If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Scope of Services

ICTWebsites specializes in premium, hand-coded Next.js websites, local organic SEO optimization, and workflow automation systems. Standard website deployment is offered at a flat rate of $1,500 one-time, with no mandatory ongoing monthly hosting fees. Custom automation builds are quoted separately based on scoping.

3. Mobile Communication and SMS Program Terms

If you provide us with your mobile number, you agree to receive SMS communications regarding your project, site alerts, or onboarding details.

  • Standard Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier provider.
  • Frequency: Messages are sent programmatically to facilitate onboarding or project status updates. Marketing messages are sent only if explicitly consented to.
  • Opt-Out: You may cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP", "CANCEL", or "UNSUBSCRIBE" to any of our messages. After doing so, we will send you a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and will cease SMS communications.
  • Help & Support: If you require assistance, reply "HELP" to any message, or email us at don@ictwebsites.co.

4. Limitations of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall ICTWebsites, its founders, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, websites, or automated workflows.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any dispute arising from your use of our services shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without giving effect to conflict of law principles.
